Pursuant to Article 11 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Specified Commercial Transactions Act), we provide the following information for each of our sales businesses.
We operate three businesses: real estate brokerage (Kakehashi Realty), beauty clinic management consulting, and import/export sales of aesthetic medical devices. The disclosures required under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act for each business are as follows. Please note that our real estate brokerage business also includes areas governed by the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
